This policy applies only to the Guess Rush Android application and explains how data is handled when the app is used.
Guess Rush stores game progress, settings, stars, and coins locally on the user's device. This local game data is not uploaded to CarQuantix servers.
The app does not require an account and does not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
Guess Rush uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process:
This information may be used to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising, and to personalize ads where the user has consented and applicable law permits it.

Where required, Google User Messaging Platform asks for the user's advertising choices before ads are requested. Available choices can be reviewed from Settings > Privacy Choices in the app.
Guess Rush does not knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information from children. Advertising requests are configured with a maximum ad content rating of G.
CarQuantix does not sell personal information collected through Guess Rush. Advertising-related data may be collected or processed by Google and its advertising partners as described above. CarQuantix does not receive the user's locally stored game progress, settings, stars, or coins.
Local game data is protected by the security controls of the user's device and operating system. Data processed by Google services is transmitted and handled using Google's security practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Local game data remains on the device until the user clears the app's storage or uninstalls Guess Rush. Because the app has no user accounts and CarQuantix does not receive this local data, CarQuantix cannot remotely delete it.
Advertising data is retained and deleted according to the policies and controls of Google and its advertising partners. Users may reset or delete their advertising identifier through their Android device settings.
This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The latest version will remain available at this URL, with the revision date shown above.
