Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on CarQuantix.

Eligibility

If you believe you were charged in error or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original charge. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request

Email us at carquantix@gmail.com with your order email, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Processing

If approved, refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle) to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items or services may be non-refundable once delivered or significantly used, unless required by law.
